About the Role:
Whether you currently call yourself an Integration Consultant or a Solutions Engineer, we would like to hear from you. Working in our growth team, you’ll use your technical and business skills to encourage our customers to create incredible user experiences on top of our platforms and assist them in overcoming any technical challenges along the way. All the while using your initiative and experience to improve and streamline our vendor on-boarding process.

- Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
- Adopt a consultative approach to dealing with our sellers. Working directly with CTOs and developers to ensure they're deriving the most value from our products, and building incredible experiences for their customers.
- Create and share integration plans for sellers to assist them in implementing Paddle, with accompanying sample code.
- Supporting and empowering your colleagues on calls, with code samples, and additional collateral etc.
- Contributing to public facing documentation, continuously evaluating and improving as necessary.
- Working with the engineering and product teams on emergent issues and bugs.

Required Skills:
- Web development experience using Javascript, HTML, CSS with an understanding of how the technologies work together.
- Experience using and integrating APIs.
- Great interpersonal and customer management skills.
- Comfortable communicating and discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Useful Skills:
- An understanding of PHP
