We are currently on the hunt for exceptional sales individuals to join our growing broking team to further drive our growth. The Role

• Working on our London broking team, being an ambassador for Ofpro and always putting our customers first
• Responsible for onboarding and qualifying all new inbound enquiries for our team of property consultants
• Accountable for new business generation from outbound calls, building your own network of accounts
• Making high daily outbound B2B calls
• Becoming a property expert so that you can provide first class advice
• Responsible for ensuring all office enquiries are worked to an exceptional standard
• Building and converting a sales pipeline
• Database management and reporting
• Hitting and achieving daily and weekly KPIS

About You

• Bachelors degree or similar
• Tenacious and driven to succeed in a competitive yet rewarding environment
• Min 1+ years sales experience. Experience in the commercial property sector would be advantageous but not essential
• Already a commercially focused high performing sales person
• Love working within a team
• Passionate about owning a client and about what we do
• Never give up mentality and persuasive nature
• Ability to build rapport very quickly
• Strong business acumen
