What would I be doing?

We are looking to grow our Sales Team and are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join the team in London winning new business opportunities.

This will be a quota carrying role where you will carry an individual monthly target, and earn a percentage of everything you sell. It is a consultative and strategic sell, whereby you will be selling to both agencies and brands direct.

Nurture sales opportunities from start to finish. This is a 360 sales role so you must be comfortable with lead generation but you will also have a dedicated BDE and a wealth of MQLs.
Own an industry vertical for Adthena, confidently demonstrating and pitching to medium size and enterprise clients.
Embed yourself in learning and understanding what we do, our product functionality, features and benefits, the competitor landscape and the online search marketing sector.
Propose solutions based on the Adthena value proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies & user cases.
Confidently own contract negotiation and fee negotiations with your prospects.
Do I have what it takes?

Strong experience selling a complex value proposition, ideally a premium AdTech, MarTech or Analytics SaaS product.
You will understand the value of targeting high-ticket accounts and be comfortable talking to stakeholders at all levels including CMOs and Marketing Directors.
Experience in the full sales lifecycle from lead generation, qualification, demos, contract negotiation and closing.
You will be competitive, process-oriented, use initiative, always improving and self-motivated.
History and proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Keen interest in working in a rapidly growing, innovative, fluid, startup that is scaling and preparing for international growth
