Why we’re here

JoeyWears is on the start of a journey to become the go-to online destination for men’s basic wear. We take a lifestyle-centric design approach to create premium essentials which excel in comfort, fit and design. Our ‘Freshman’ range of men’s underwear launched on Kickstarter 3 months ago and became the most backed apparel campaign in the UK. To date we’ve made over £100,000 in sales and will be launching our e-commerce site in the next few weeks. We’re looking for a kick-ass growth manager, to help reach the millions of men who want a pair of underwear they actually like, and get them the undies their boys deserve.

What you’ll do

-Work directly with the CEO and execute growth strategy for our upcoming e-commerce website
-Acquire new customers using Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Affiliate channels
-Drive repeat purchases from existing customers using email and remarketing
-Continually be on the lookout for opportunities with new digital channels and growth hacks to drive acquisition
-Liaise with PR teams to drive brand exposure
-Speak to customers and advisors, to assist in development of the brand
-Set and justify budgets and manage acquisition costs
-Speak to customers and advisors, to work with designers and develop JoeyWears as a brand
-Advise and work with manufacturing team to prioritise future product launches
-As we grow, build a team of marketers, to help us become the go-to destination for men’s underwear

Who you are

- Background in digital marketing / growth, ideally with an B2C e-commerce company
-Able to manage multiple marketing channels in-house and deal with agencies who are dealing with others
-Looking to take on a career-defining role, by proving your ability to take an early stage brand to the next level
-Highly organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks whilst spotting opportunity for future growth
-Passion for design, menswear and innovation essential
-Willing to roll your sleeves up for whatever
-Good with puns

What will happen

-We’ll invite the first 10 candidates we love for an interview lasting about 20-30 minutes (we’re based in Liverpool Street but can be phone / skype / face to face)
-Next, the 6 best candidates will be asked to come up with a broad strategy for our growth over the next 12 months
-After this, we’ll narrow it down to the 3 best candidates to come in for a final round of interviews
-Our favourite will be the brand-spanking new growth manager for JoeyWears!
