Emoov has a lively energetic working environment with offices in central London and an operations centre in Brentwood.

This role will require a hands on Project Manager with excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and is process driven and detail oriented in nature.
The ideal candidate will have had commercial exposure, ideally within another start-up or high-growth SME business environment. Good working knowledge of Excel, and prior exposure to SaaS packages used for project management and business intelligence would be welcome.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for:
• Designing and Implementing processes, then analysing and improving based on results
• Identification of business opportunities, proposing detailed propositions highlighting the potential of a new
business initiative
• Developing relationships with business partners and suppliers. Identifying opportunities to work with new
partners with value to add in the residential property vertical
• Building and presenting proposals including ‘build vs buy’ business cases and scenario appraisals
• Challenging existing business processes and work closely with Sales, Operations and Marketing to develop
deep insights into the levers for growth
