The Role
To develop and sustain a quality business pipeline to support commercial objectives, including the identification of opportunities, qualification, sale and closure
To use a combination of telephone calls and face to face meetings to maximize time efficiency and delivery
To deliver high value sales (circa £10,000+) to targeted clients with over 1000 employees through a consultative selling approach supported by a clinical and effective marketing support
To regularly update pipeline and activity information for management reporting
Meet the minimum sales division KPI’s
Develop plan and execute for current customers including working with channel partners to identify and develop new business opportunities

About you
3 years plus experience, ideally selling SaaS products
Exceptional communication and presentation skills and able to communicate credibly at all client levels from employee to board level
A level of self-awareness to support their own skill development and an openness to learn and develop as an individual
Capable of maintaining momentum during a potential 3 – 9 month sales cycle, working on own initiative
Customer focused with strong negotiation skills
Proven sales track record allowing effective use of existing contacts
Achievement orientated and commitment to delivering a sustained high work rate
Educated to degree level or equivalent
