We are looking for a Javascript developer to join our fast growing company, based in Cambridge, to help us build and improve our product that is used around the world.

Engineering is one of our core strengths. All our products are dynamic web apps, with a rich Javascript/React frontend built on top of a solid Python/Django backend. We are very agile, routinely running A/B tests and using feature toggles to release improvements. If you join us as a javascript developer, your code will be live in your first week.

You should have experience in building rich, dynamic web applications. You will have an interest in technology that is broader than your day-job, and will be able to discuss the architecture of larger projects you have been involved with.

You will be an excellent team player, who is comfortable discussing ideas with a group and who can highlight issues and risks in a constructive and helpful way. You will want to take responsibility for things, and we will give it to you. You take pride in what you produce and care about the people who use it.
