We are looking for a growth marketer to join us immediately and we like Mike Volpe’s description of a growth marketing: “Growth marketing is removing the boundaries of marketing to enable every aspect of the customer experience to focus on attracting more engaged customers.”
What we want you to do
You will be the driving force behind Loyalty Bay’s ambitious expansion plans and be a full-stack marketer (online to offline and everything in between) with experience of launching products.
You need to think about the entire funnel from acquisition through to retention as it’s pointless getting users who don’t stick around, but you already know that!
You will need to be creative in your methods but always with an analytical mindset.
You will need to get things done and constantly be experimenting. Don’t be afraid of failure but learn from mistakes.
You will have a hunger to learn.
- Previous experience of user acquisition preferably 3-4 years.
- Analytical and good with data
- Optimising the user funnel
- Strong working knowledge of analytical tools
- Experience of working across different channels: paid, social, content, SEO, email, online and offline
- Growing and retaining the customer base
- Being able to analyse customer and market trends
