About the role
As we grow, so does our brand and you will be critical in making sure our position as thought leader is solidified. You will have the amazing opportunity to establish the company as a source of knowledge and guidance. Being the third person in the marketing team, you will also play an important role in mapping out our content strategy, ensuring that we discuss the things that are of the most interest to our industry and educate it on the exciting world of Proptech.

You will be responsible for the following:
Working with the Marketing Manager in creating and executing the Content Calendar.
Staying current with the needs of target groups, competing content creation, industry trends and current topics.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure all activities needed to support high quality content creation are completed.
Research and analyse information to ensure that the content produced maintain a high quality and is factually correct.
Proof written content to ensure a high level of grammatical quality.

Your skills:
1-2 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or a similar field.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Experience working in a collaborative setting.
Proven experience of creating high quality content in a variety of formats.
Being able to convert data and complexity into compelling stories.
Able to contextualise language and tone.
Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple projects when needed.

Experience with SEO best practices, link building, and tracking tools is beneficial.
Experience in the real estate industry is very advantageous.
Experience with email marketing is beneficial.
