A passionate and consultative salesperson is the driving force behind our unstoppable client growth in the UK. You will relish the chance to work with some of the most exciting companies the UK has to offer and you will be excited by a daily challenge.
This job will be difficult and our bar of excellence is high. Of course, goals and targets are what you live for but it’s supporting businesses in solving their challenges that inspire you the most.
Must have a few years in a consultative sales process, such as SaaS sales, recruitment, media sales, estate agency, delegate or events sales. Experience with HR professionals is always a plus but not required.

You need to be comfortable working with change as we never stop evolving and improving our product. This is what we want from you:
• Experience in business facing sales driven organisation in recruitment, hospitality, media or SaaS
• Evidence of business development / sales success with a track record of delivering against sales targets
• Ability to cultivate sales leads and steer a contract negotiation through to a signed agreement
• Experience developing and managing a CRM system and overseeing a sales funnel
• A consultative style and the ability to become a trusted advisor and secure the sale
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment in a fast growing company
• Strong work ethic, drive and persistence

You will receive responsibility on Day 1 to lead the sales initiative. Show success and traction and you will soon have a team reporting to you. The opportunity is huge and our product is unique so and you will have a chance to both monetise that and work with the UK’s best companies.
