Our platform helps students find jobs and enables companies to access the right talent wherever it is. At just 2.5 years old we already work with 60+ enterprise clients including Barclays, Siemens, L’Oreal, Vodafone, Bloomberg, EY and more.

Our diverse team is now 29-people strong and we are looking to add a talented Senior/ Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business.

You need to be entrepreneurial, commercially strong and persuasive. You’re relaxed yet professional, eloquent yet casual, and pleasant yet very persuasive.

This is not a role for someone looking to coast – you will learn, grow, move fast, deliver and be rewarded for it.

What you’ll do:

Follow and deploy Debut’s sales playbook to secure new business
Manage pre qualified leads from meeting through to close
Become a subject matter expert and deliver value at every interaction with your prospects
Run face to face pitches with prospects
Develop strong relationships with multiple senior stakeholders in enterprise organisations to secure wins
Meticulously follow reporting processes. Always conservatively forecasting ensuring you are a reliable member of the team

What you’ll need to have:

Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in SAAS sales or subscription sales (Base salary will depend on experience)
Demonstrable ability to hit targets with a clear sales method and approach for your wins
Meticulous reporting ability
Superior attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
