You’re probably working at one of those larger consultancies right now, frustrated because you don’t have the autonomy to truly make a difference. You’re just one in an army. Rising quickly through the ranks you’re now at that decision point that every manager-level consultant reaches: stick for the long-haul and the ultimate carrot of Partnership, or twist to prove yourself in a more collegiate and spirited environment.

With us, you’ll be part of tactical insertion teams, maybe 4-strong at the most. You’ll work directly with senior directors and CEOs, marrying the old-school craft of consulting with ahead-of-the-curve strategies and delivery methodologies. We need accomplished high achievers, with credibility and gravitas; big-hitters whose priority is always what’s best for our clients, not the bottom line.

And if you’ve got what it takes, we’ll be good to you. The environment is amicable and down-to-earth. We expect you to work hard, but we also know you need a life outside of the office. Having a family isn’t an obstacle to winning. You accommodate us, we’ll accommodate you.
