We believe that nobody should have to go into a care home unless they want to. 97% of people say they don't want to end up in a care home, yet the vast majority of people receiving full time care end up shoe-horned into a solution they never wanted.

We’re building the alternative to the care home across the UK & Europe, and will help to reshape how society looks after the elderly.

We're now looking for an organised, proactive and friendly person to make sure our office and team run a smoothly as possible. Your role will be diverse but include:

- Ensuring smooth operations of our London, Manchester and Glasgow offices.
- Maintaining and coordinating the delivery of office supplies.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment
- Co-ordinate maintenance of Elder HQ
- Working with our Finance Director to help out with day-to-day invoices and payments
- Organising socials including monthly drinks and seasonal parties
- Helping the founders prep for weekly team meetings including management meetings and the company wide all-hands
- Onboarding new starters and supporting team leads with HR related administration tasks
- Ad hoc tasks and projects including occasional customer support and welcoming visiting guests, helping with new office searches.


- You multitask effortlessly and are ridiculously organised
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You prioritise high impact work, but never neglect the details
- You're independent, proactive, comfortable making decisions, and great at communicating these
- You are proficient in Google apps and Excel
- You have a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
