The Role
Techspace is looking for a talented Product Manager who will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our offline customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out coworking spaces that deliver the company’s vision.

You’ll be using your commercial insight to develop our product pricing and positioning, and look at customer behavior trends and the competitive landscape across both online and offline to improve community experience and drive growth. Your ultimate goal is to give customers more of what they need – great workspaces, good prices and frictionless great customer experience.


What you will be doing
Understand Techspace’s strategic and competitive position and deliver coworking spaces that are recognised as best in the industry

Work with stakeholders to build an (offline) product roadmap, creating appropriate business cases to drive product enhancement across all our locations

Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into requirements to improve our workspaces and community

Translate product strategy into detailed planning requirements and prototypes for new buildings

Liaise with international teams to ensure all market specific requirements are captured and considered

Use qualitative and quantitative customer insight to help inform the Techspace vision and to validate problems and solutions throughout the building development process

Develop product pricing and positioning

Work closely with marketing and operational teams to deliver with quick time-to-market of new buildings
Drive new building launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other product management team members

Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on our workspace offering and services


What you'll bring
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in an lean and collaborative environment, with a willingness to adapt and learn

Ideal candidate would have
Experience in coworking, airlines, hotels, retail or online/offline environments would be beneficial
