Job Summary

Native began with the aim of offering the ultimate events discovery platform, a place where users could go to see a complete guide to music and events in their location.

Since starting in Brighton less than two years ago, we have come a long way. Currently in five cities, we are now set to expand to a total of 18 cities across the UK, targeting millions of music lovers, including over 1 million students.

This means, A LOT more work and we are looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Genius to join us as we expand across the UK.

The successful candidate will join our close-knit and passionate team. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and coordinate the marketing strategy for the continued growth in our current locations and in the launch of additional locations. You will work closely with the local teams in each city, enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with guidelines, appropriate materials and PR support.

Responsibilities and Duties


Highly ambitious and able to match your personal development to keep pace with the growth of the company, you will relish working in the music and events industry.

An entrepreneurial flair and a highly creative approach to marketing are a must for this role. This creativity will be combined with the organisational and motivational skills to lead a multi-site promotional campaign. You will recognise the value of viral campaigns and have the passion to help create a distinctive brand presence.

You will have experience of copy writing, B2C marketing and social media advertising.

Additionally you will support our central management team with the following:

Brand awareness
Co-promotions with partner organisations
Creation of marketing collateral
Media liaison and PR
SEO and online marketing campaigns
Social media strategy
Co-ordination of e-marketing campaigns
Management of marketing budget

Qualifications and Skills

- Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate ability

- Passion for marketing and innovation

- Proven track record with online digital and marketing success

- Have an understanding of key marketing metrics, including CPA and ROI

- Strong written and verbal communication including copy writing

- Experienced with web, social media and email marketing campaigns

- Hard working, committed and a team player

- A need to be constantly learning!
