Operations and Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an exceptional individual for the role of Operations and Digital Marketing Manager. Based in our London office, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with the Managing Director.

As part of a well-funded, early stage startup, you need to be willing to speak your opinion and to challenge and discuss business processes and strategy. As such, this is a great opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual with excellent operations skills, wanting to have a direct impact on the growth of their company.


• Work with our logistics providers, including our warehouse, packaging suppliers, distributors and manufacturers, to manage stock levels and improve logistics processes
• Manage our digital advertising, including retargeting, Facebook, and Google ads
• Work with senior management to create and maintain sales forecasting models, develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as update cash flow projections
• Write promotional content (Blog posts / Social media) to improve our web presence, and work with outsourced SEO professionals to improve rankings
• Manage customer service processes, and respond to sales emails and customer service inquires
• Manage our Amazon, eBay and Google stores

About you:

• Capability to work in a managerial, operational role. While prior experience is great, we prefer someone who can learn quickly, and think for themselves
• Driven and self-motivated individual who always wants to improve processes
• Able to think outside the box to find innovative solutions to practical problems
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills including advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Backs up all decisions with research and data
• Ability to sniff out and proactively problem solve issues without much guidance
• Organized and rigorous
• Comfortable with pressure and enjoy the challenge of constant change in a rapidly evolving business
• Prior entrepreneurial spirit is a bonus
