Customer Service Manager

We’re looking for a driven and energetic new member of our Customer service team.

Your Role:
You will be working both with customers, and as part of our internal team to provide the best possible customer experience.

The Role:
Handling incoming sales enquiries from the web and social media.
Managing existing customer enquiries
Working with our Ops team to service our customers as best as possible
Going the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all customers.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.


The Profile:
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Attention to detail
A proactive & highly-motivated nature, with a desire to consistently outperform targets
Strong computer literacy including a previous experience using Customer Service software, spreadsheets, chat engines, is a must.
Experience in either a senior sales or supervisory post in a retail/customer facing environment
2-3 years experience
Bachelor’s Degree.
