We’re looking for a driven and energetic new member of our Sales team.

At Neit, we take a good hard look at trusted old products and put them back together again with innovative, stylish design and engineering to make them more relevant and useful in today’s world.
To help drive this success, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and deliver the growth strategy for Neit globally.


The Role:
Responsible for developing growth opportunities for Neit products within lifestyle, travel, innovation and luggage channels.
Initiate and develop long-term profitable relationships with existing and potential distributors and customers, identifying channels and expansion opportunities.
Provide valuable input on range development, pricing, sales, forecasting, distribution and marketing strategies for the region in addition to acting as the brand ambassador.


The Profile:
An experienced sales manager with knowledge of managing distributors, retailers and consumers, preferably in the luggage industry.
An understanding of the broader luggage/travel products category is needed.
Ability to communicate and positively influence and negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a strong international commercial track of growth and ideally have had positive exposure to the entrepreneurial environment.
He/She will have a determined, energetic and truly ‘hands-on’ style.
A self-starter and goal oriented with the ability to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines.
3-4 years experience in a managerial, customer-facing role
Bachelor’s Degree.
