Additionally, we have office in City of London, conveniently located near many of our fantastic clients.



Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual interested in a fast-paced start-up environment and passionate about social impact. The successful applicant will be responsible for:


  • Maintaining existing recruitment channels and identifying and implementing new ones to meet ambitious recruitment targets
  • Ensuring adequate level of conversion from leads to onboardings
  • Implementing new creative screening methods to increase the skill standard of the pool
  • Continuously improving the onboarding process to increase efficiency and reflect changing needs of our clients
  • Carrying out all aspects of the recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates
  • Providing analytical reports on regular basis to track the progress and growth of the pool
  • Maintaining social media presence to promote the company and attract potential candidates to the platform

Required attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 6+ months of experience in recruitment, project management or similar role
  • Proven record of hitting the targets and meeting tight deadlines
  • A self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and hit the ground running
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail as well as ability to think broadly and creatively
  • Strong communication skills both on the phone and face-to-face
  • Approachable and professional team player
  • Additional experience of working in hospitality would be a plus
