We are a high-growth tech company with a range of products and services across house removals and home insurance, backed by significant venture capital investment.

Based in London, we are growing our customer base for our marketing-leading SaaS product Gobuzzsurvey into the US, Europe and Asia.

To support this growth, we have an exciting new role for an ambitious B2B Marketing Manager with proven SaaS Marketing experience who wants to take their career to the next level.

The B2B Marketing Manager – SaaS Marketing is responsible for planning and implementing marketing programs for lead generation, lead nurturing/acceleration, and re-activation. The successful candidate will sit within our existing marketing team and work closely with our sales teams to maximize lead generation, adoption and retention for our SaaS product, Gobuzzsurvey.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in a relevant B2B-SaaS marketing role, with a strong understanding of lead generation and lead nurturing to support sales targets.
- Experience using Salesforce – both to support B2B-SaaS leads in the sales funnel as well as in terms of marketing automation/inbound marketing to drive new leads.
- Good understanding of B2B audience segmentation strategies – how to research/specify target audiences and communicate decision tree logic.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create B2B-SaaS lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns across a range of digital and non-digital channels – including social media, email, PR and direct mail – that progress leads through various sales stages of the buyer's life cycle from awareness to selection.
- Segment audiences and define decision logic that allows customized messages to the right audience at the right time.
- Leverage personalization and the dynamic delivery of content to optimize lead nurturing programs by disqualification reason, product or solution interest, geography, and industry.
- Develop and maintain lead acquisition and nurturing reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for nurture tracks and KPIs for overall program performance.
- Work with others in the marketing team to set up and document lead nurturing processes.
- Partner closely with Sales on content generation, program execution and effectiveness.
