at Land Insight in London
(₤65000 - ₤80000 per year)
We’re a Proptech startup based in Old Street, London. There are nineteen people working here, up from five this time last year, and now we’re really putting our foot on the gas.
We might be a small company, but each one of us packs a punch and collectively we have the background, skills and experience to take on a challenge of epic proportions: the ‘Housing Crisis’.
Our product combines a large number of datasets with carefully designed tools, making it easy to identify land for new house building. Our customer base is growing rapidly and includes hundreds of established property developers as well as many newcomers to the industry. As we like to say, we’re cracking open the land market like a prize winning lobster and building a big business in the process! This vision is backed by the same investors behind LoveFilm, TransferWise, Zoopla, Shazaam and Property Partner. Real issues, real tech, underpinned by a real economic opportunity.
In working for us you’ll be in constant contact with the company founders, so you’ll be in an environment where you can learn about the conception and running of a startup company that is scaling up.
Everyone in the company learns about land and property development. It’s vital that we all deeply understand our customers so we can stay innovative and delight with every software release.
It is important for our employees to be people we want to spend a lot of time sitting next to, so we’ve often found ourselves parting company to hit the last tube when work turned into dinner or a beer.
