Head of Digital Marketing

This role is a unique opportunity to transform lives by spearheading our digital marketing to bring psychotherapy to a worldwide audience. The role requires leadership and vision to drive our digital strategy, but also hands-on delivery of all our campaigns to maximise the take up and effectiveness of our marketplace.

We are looking for a proficient marketer-designer to create and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our ground-breaking work.

The role requires the ability to convert business objectives into marketing initiatives that are clear, attractive and deliver our conversion goals.

In addition to creating the overarching strategy, the role is responsible for all design, production and upgrading of print and digital assets.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• creating and optimising AdWords campaigns with a target on conversion
• delivering SEO optimisation to drive customer acquisition on both Harley Therapy websites
• producing landing pages and adverts for social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
• creating and producing video content for digital campaign usage


• you have experience in building a complete digital marketing channel.
• you can demonstrate a track record achieving results through digital campaigns across a range of media
• you are obsessed with using data to drive and inform decisions with specific experience in using Analytics tools to track and manage campaign effectiveness.
• you have great copywriting skills and impeccable attention to detail
• you are competent with simple CSS and HTML and have experience with content management systems (we use WordPress and MODx).
• you have demonstrated ability to optimise digital campaigns across different devices & screens.
• you have prior experience in an agency or in-house team
• you have a growth mindset - failures are a springboard to improvement
• you are self-motivated and self-directed with a keen eye for detail
• you work swiftly and smartly.
• you love to learn and thrive on challenges.

If you also have experience on Sketch & Canvas and can use SQL you will be at an advantage.

We work remotely though assemble for in-person team meetings several times a year. We are looking for a UK candidate who can travel to central London when needed.

We are an internally funded and stable startup umbrella organisation - not dependent on VC (though we use resources conservatively!)
