Co-founder for HR tech startup

at Early Stage Startup in Edinburgh

We are an early stage startup operating in the HR technology space, based primarily in Edinburgh. We are currently focused on building our prototype and testing with small, medium and large firms, with a view to raise seed funding in June '18. We are still in stealth mode so no details here on exactly what we're working on but of course more in person. In short it's aiming to solve a major issue most businesses suffer from, that we've experienced ourselves, and we feel could be done so much better. It's also quite a simple MVP but with plenty of scope to build out into a formidable product.

We have both worked in several successful high growth startups, in a variety of roles covering product, finance and technology i.e. we have the skills to design and build to test product/market fit. We are looking for a third co-founder with experience in HR, preferably with experience hiring at scale in medium or large businesses. We are pre-funding so you would be expected to join on a part-time / spare-time basis in exchange for equity and salary when we raise funding in June '18. The specific role you would take as co-founder is of course dependent on your skill sets but sales / COO / CMO would complement well.

We'd love to meet potential candidates who are interested in very early stage businesses, with a view to joining full-time in Edinburgh from June.
