CommuterClub wants to help commuters get the best value on their trip to work by making season tickets easier to buy and more accessible. This is an amazing opportunity to form a key part of one of Europe’s hottest FinTech companies (FinTech50, Everline Disruptor of the Year).
We are looking for a Retention and Customer Services Associate to help us tell Londoners what a great deal they can get with CommuterClub. You will be a key driver of customer retention and satisfaction either by phone, mail or even social media.

THE ROLE
• Engage with customers over the telephone and on email to answer their questions and make sure that they are happy with the product
• Reduce CommuterClub cancellations via inbound cancellation line.
• Be comfortable consulting with customers to identify needs and offer solutions
• High activity levels with aim to achieve retention and customer satisfaction targets (don’t worry, there is no cold calling)
• Represent a unique new way to commute in a positive and exciting way
• Handling customer queries and questions in an efficient and timely manner
• Manage feedback and complaints received

IDEAL CANDIDATE
