UX Designer/Researcher/Consultant

at LuJam Security in Bristol

Recent Ransomware attacks have exposed how vulnerable small businesses are to financial loss and the risk of serious disruption, liability, litigation and reputational damage. These organisations continue to use Firewalls and Anti-Virus to protect their assets whilst acknowledging them to be ineffective against modern day threats.

By combining the teams knowledge and experience in Cyber Security, Cloud and BigData analytics, LuJam offers an actionable jargon free user experience targeted at the business owner. Artificial Intelligence and trending allows LuJam's real-time subscription service to detect, alert and block advanced threats.

This is an underserved $10Bn market opportunity with few affordable solutions.

Unlike the enterprise market with teams of security professionals interpreting technical output, small organisations have little IT resource yet alone any security skills. For LuJam to be successful in this market, the importance of UX to the service cannot be underestimated. LuJam must deliver a fantastic user experience.

LuJam are seeking an individual who can assist with the Development of our User Interface. We have two separate development teams working on native mobile and browser based User Interfaces targeted at the SME market. We need to deliver the following:

1. UI/UX for Installing the LuJam Sensor using either an IoS or Android Mobile platform.
2. UI/UX for Alerts from the LuJam Intel-Centre to IoS and Android Mobile platforms.
3. UI/UX for delivering our service using IoS, Android or Web platforms.
4. UI/UX to support our users on IoS, Android and Web platforms.
5. Look and feel of the UI/UX to be reflected in the corporate website and elsewhere.

If you think you've the skills that can deliver a transformational UX, then please get in touch with Tim Moran on 07801 678432 or email tim@lujam.com for a full Specification and/or discussion. For the right candidate, this opportunity could become a permanent role with an equity stake in the company prior to the first round of funding. The company is based in central Bristol.
