Tea Project Co-founder
at Tea in London
What I am doing
I’d like to think of my self as a jack of all trades.I keep trying many things, have many ideas, just not enough people behind me to pursue many of the ideas. It’s not about money but about bringing something to the market, enjoy the benefits and automate the whole process. Ideally money generated from such projects would be a by-product.
This time I want to launch a tea product and reach all hipster coffee shops in London (starting goal). We would want to develop it from start to finish. In practice this should be easy but will be a huge learning experience for the both of us. If you have launched a product before, even better, you will be able to teach this.
Who I am looking for
I am looking for someone success/result driven.
Excellent communicative skills are essential.
Due to the nature of the project it would be great if you are based in London as occasional meetings would be required. I’d like someone to be motivated by wanting to achieve something now and even bigger things later on in life’s journey
Ideally it would be great if you are quick learner as some tasks will involve couple hours of learning something new. No random task is too much and quickly learning is key.
What you will get
There would be shares to be offered (we would need to discuss this further)
At the moment since no money is coming in, shares are the only option (and free tea).
When money is being generated we can start providing money to ourselves.
This is more of a part time job and meeting up when necessary such as packaging, meetings for next steps ahead.
Why it will be easy to succeed!
I know majority of marketing tools, web design, photoshop, social media marketing, email marketing platforms. This should help push the marketing aspect online easily.
I already have tea stock in place. Paid for, and enough to trial the whole system for ourselves. Want to take the next few steps.)
