Chip is one of the countries most innovative and fast-growing fintech startups. We’ve created a smartphone app that uses an AI-powered algorithm to continually calculate exactly how much you can afford to save. The app then transfers that money automatically, every few days, into savings account that pays up to 5% interest.

We’ve just raised £1.5million in the 3rd most successful crowdfunding raise in history – have over 30K users – and growing at hundreds of users a day.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, motivated team that believes in two things very passionately:

We're after a marketer & content creator:

The role will span the following elements:

1. Creating interesting, relevant, out of this world content to engage the userbase & investor base.
2. Analysing communications within the app and seeing how we can improve it.
3. Being a core member of the marketing team - within partnerships, PR, ad's etc.

The perfect candidate:

- An interest in Chip and everything we're trying to achieve.
- Writing & creating content that is genuinely unique and gets people reading/watching/listening for the sake of the content.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of how people use money & products surrounding their money.
- Engaging people - you need to be a people pleaser.
- A few years experience in marketing experience.

Other things we would love:

- Experience in campaign led marketing & content campaigns.
- Experience engaging large audiences.
- Skills in design.
- Skills in other forms of content creation (video, photo, audio... etc.)
- Experience in metric led marketing decisions.

You will report & work closely with both the CMO & the CEO - as well as has having developer resources to get your ideas off the ground.

Previous experience in fintech isn’t necessary - but we’d like to see some evidence that you are the person for the job.
