clear mission: help e-commerce retailers to capture maximum profit from customers on the growing online

We’ve partnered with the most successful e-commerce retailers including El Corte Inglés, Toys R Us,
Fnac and Leroy Merlin in over 25 countries around the world. We're expanding quickly and are looking for somebody awesome to come in on a work placement to help our Customer Success team.

The responsibilities will be diverse and will have a huge impact on the business. Amongst other tasks you will be helping on:
- Assisting CSMs in account management
- Building and sending reports to clients
- Running data analysis
- Documenting processes and helping us shape key practices in CS
- Owning ad-hoc projects and presenting them to the Leadership team for consideration

The perfect candidate is:
- Self-motivated
- Hungry to learn and curious to work in a dynamic environment
- Is interested in Customer Success
- A great listener who can take feedback on board
- Always willing to help no matter the task
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Great at organising and comfortable working on multiple projects at once

We're happy for you to join on a part-time basis but full-time is our preference.
