Since launching in May 2017 we’ve worked with more than 700 companies, including the likes of Uber, Monzo and Boston Consulting Group, closed £1.5m in funding, been featured in the Startups100, Forbes and The Sunday Times and the team has grown from three to fifteen people.

It’s been a busy year (to say the least) but this is just the start!!

With an ever-growing number of candidates and clients coming on board, it will be your responsibility to ensure their experience is as good as it can be! Whether that is contacting candidates to make sure they have completed their profile correctly, managing inbound queries, speaking to clients, or just helping out with whatever the rest of the team needs - you'll play a key role in how we revolutionise the industry.


The role:
• Act as account manager for inbound employers, ensuring they understand how to use the platform and can connect with relevant candidates as quickly as possible.
• Deal with candidate queries, whether it be how to complete their profile, tips on recording a video or how to get to an interview or new job.
• Candidate sourcing is required for some roles as well as briefing on roles and interviews.
• End to end recruitment is managed on platform but you will need to step in and assist as and when is required to ensure both candidates and client have the best user journey possible.
• Compliance & onboarding: right to work checks, background checks, HR queries, payroll and leavers


The ideal candidate:
• Around 1 or 2 year’s recruitment, customer success or account management experience.
• Enjoys interacting with both clients and candidates over email, phone and face to face.
• Happy to get stuck in. The role is very varied - one day you could be meeting with a client or speaking to candidates and the next you could be doing payroll and admin.
• Likes a startup environment and is happy to create their own structure and working style.
