Tempo is an end to end hiring platform that uses video, intelligent matching and automation to instantly connect great candidates with temporary roles, transforming the way that companies recruit.

Our Beta product launched in mid-May and we've been revenue generating since day one (which is mega exciting!). We've worked with 400+ amazing companies are using the platform, including the likes of Laundrapp, New Look, Goodlord and the NHS.

We are now in growth-mode and are looking for someone to come and join our team and handle all things Customer!

With an ever-growing number of candidates and clients coming on board, it will be your responsibility to ensure their experience is as good as it can be! Whether that is contacting candidates to make sure they have completed their profile correctly, managing inbound queries, speaking to clients, or just helping out with whatever the co-founders need - you'll play a key role in how we revolutionise the industry.

The role:
• Act as account manager for inbound employers, ensuring they understand how to use the platform and can connect with relevant candidates as quickly as possible.
• Deal with candidate queries, whether it be how to complete their profile, tips on recording a video or how to get to an interview or new job.
• Compliance: Taking copies of relevant docs once they have accepted a role through the platform.
