The company was founded in 2013 and is based in Aldgate. We’re currently a team of 40 in London and over 300 across India and Sri Lanka.

Schools join us throughout the year but summer is one of our busiest times with many schools looking ahead to the following year and looking to us to help them transform maths in their primary school.
In order to showcase what we do, and how we do it, we offer prospective schools a free session with us. Your role will be to lead on arranging and monitoring these sessions to give schools the best first experience of working with us, offering real-time customer support over the phone. You’ll also speak to schools who are looking to join us, tell them about Third Space and follow up their booking for next year.
If you enjoy yourself and perform well, there is definitely scope for a permanent role within our fast growing company.
Ensuring schools who are trialling us have a great experience
Maintaining and dispatching necessary equipment to schools
Troubleshoot any technical problems that occur by speaking to the teacher in the room to help them solve the issue.
Liaising between our schools and our international tutors centres
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Someone who genuinely enjoys providing customer service and feels comfortable working with computers – someone whose friends come to them for help to connect to the wireless when the laptop won’t seem to cooperate. A clear and confident manner on the phone is critical, especially to navigate through issues with individuals who aren’t particularly tech-savvy or compliant.

Excellent communication and ability to build rapport
Energy and creativity: positivity and enthusiasm are at the core of our sales team
Extremely organised and thorough
Basic IT knowledge for troubleshooting
Clear passion for our mission and an eagerness to make your mark
Experience in sales or education is a plus (but not essential)
Graduate or equivalent experience
£90 per day
Full operations training provided – this consists of an initial 1 week training period followed by ongoing professional development throughout the internship

This internship will last around 12 weeks (might be slightly more or less).
