In 2017 we helped over 2,000 clients design and realise amazing new spaces in their homes, and have now set our sights on developing design led furniture solutions for landlords, investors and developers in the B2B market.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for an extraordinarily talented individual to join our world class team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. Your will need to be someone that craves a challenge and is unafraid to constantly push yourself to achieve personal and company goals whilst having a lot of fun along the way.

The role will be to spearhead our efforts working with residential property developers, investment funds, landlords, and real estate agencies. You will be responsible for managing a broad territory of potential clients, and existing relationships, and will be working with the Head of Sales to develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities. You will also be required to help guide the sales process from initial discovery meetings to deal closure, in partnership with the wider Homewings marketing, design and procurement teams.

- Ideally, have some previous experience working within the interior design sector, or for a residential house builder, investment company, or real estate company within the sales function.

- Ideally the candidate will have access to an existing network and relationships that allow them to make a quick start and add immediate value.

- Demonstrate a strong track record from previous roles, and have a clear process for building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities through business development/outreach.

- Show excellent communication skills via phone, email and within meetings.
Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness to differentiate Homewings from competitors.

- Be able to uncover the needs of the client to then present clear solution ROI, and the value proposition of our product and services to senior stakeholders within outbound communication and meeting.

- Required to work with internal teams (procurement and operations) to help provide creative and differentiated solutions to clients - ensuring client needs are always exceeded.

- Bring lots of energy and a “can do” attitude in a fast changing start up environment, and be willing to collaborate with the wider team.
