Account Manager/ Sales Manager

Assured Networks are recruiting for an experienced Account manager who can utilise their skills to develop business for the company. The individual we are looking for should not only be highly skilled in closing opportunities but also be able to manage the sales team in relation to reporting against targets, training, mentoring and monitoring the success of the team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

* Sourcing new sales opportunities through the closure of leads via the internal team and through your own lead generation. * Close sales and achieve KPI’s * Understand customers needs and requirements and be able to align appropriate solutions * Provide sales training for the internal sales team, Promote successes and improve on areas of concern * Collate information from the whole team for the weekly sales meeting and feedback progress to the sales director

The individual who applies for the role should have a minimum of 1 years Cisco sales experience preferably within Cisco wireless, Cisco Meraki and Cisco security solutions, they should be and excellent written and verbal communicator and have strong listening and presenting skills. Experience of working with or a similar CRM is essential in the role as it will be a requirement that they run and collect reports on current opportunities for the whole of the sales team. They should be able to demonstrate their ability as a ‘trusted advisor’ and work as an extension of the customer. The candidate should hold a driving license and be prepared to travel to customer sites.

The candidate should be within commuting distance of the office, as there will be a requirement to attend the office at given intervals.

Salary- £30-50k dependent on experience with a competitive commission structure.
