We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, analytical marketing manager to join our talented marketing team. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of Facebook Power Editor, Google Search/Analytics, Business Intelligence systems and a clear understanding of media strategy, social acquisition + retargeting techniques. Experience with offline as well as online and social marketing is ideal.

You’ll need to have a passion for food, writing and an eye for beautiful photography, this role allows you to manage the whole marketing process from working with our R&D chef on new meal concepts to briefing and managing our internal photographers and community of influencers. With the core goal of creating content that impacts and drives sales.

Being a start up, you’ll be working on integrated projects which allow you to manage a variety of online and offline marketing activities. It’s a demanding, fast-paced and extremely rewarding position for the right person.

WHAT WE EXPECT

- Analytical Mind – you’ll love data and will be able to collate, and chart sales and acquisition data using Excel. You’ll enjoy figuring out ways to improve our performance and achieve objectives using creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of past results and future projections. You’ll navigate the choices logically and systematically, testing different approaches and comparing the outcomes and adjusting your performance accordingly.

- Spreadsheets –We’re an online food business, so numbers are as much a part of our business as pictures, copy and dishes. You’ll be all over our data and bursting with ideas on how we can improve and better engage audiences.

- Love for Learning – We’re moving fast and so are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google. Our products change on a weekly basis and you must be happy with keeping up to date with new changes as well as being able to pick up new tools, software and APPS quickly.

- Ambition and Drive – we are a small team with a vast amount of experience alongside our external agencie We have ambitious plans for growth and are after someone who shares our vision.
