About our client
An exciting, fast-growth VC-backed provider of cross-channel marketing SaaS solutions.

The role
As VP Sales, you will lead and grow a London based, ambitious outbound sales team pushing the SaaS product to retailer and e-commerce businesses achieving aggressive new business targets including NPS, Avg Sales Cycle, Customer Acq. Cost, and avg Rev p/Account.

About you
Proven experience in a fast growth disruptive product software solution
Ideally proven experience selling to online retailers
Excellent leadership skills and hands-on coaching and recruitment of OUTBOUND aggressive sales teams
Methodical and process driven
Impressive sales background able to coach and teach these skills to others
Genuine and credible, you will work with a network of retail clients, understand their pain points, and work closely with the CEO developing relationships and sales strategy
