We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join an innovative and exciting software company. Being a successful start-up, they have grown significantly and are still growing! With a fantastic team culture, and fun office environment it’s a brilliant opportunity.

You will be required to develop and implement the strategic multi-channel marketing plans to raise the brand profile globally and drive growth. We are looking for a pro-active, independent self-starter who isn’t afraid of hard work, encourages and facilitates cross-team discussion and collaboration, but isn’t afraid to make the tough decisions when necessary.

You will be required to:

*Develop and implement our strategic multi-channel marketing plans across the UK and key international markets. *Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth, using external agencies as appropriate. *Work cross functionally with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand and product marketing message. *Develop and manage strategic marketing partnerships. *Be an ambassador for the company, representing them in front of media, business and industry stakeholders. *Prepare and manage annual marketing budget. *Identify and report on key metrics across the full marketing function. *Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the marketing team.

Your Experience:

*B2B marketing experience, preferably with a technology company. *Extensive experience developing strategic multi-channel marketing plans and budgets, directing agencies and managing a marketing team. *Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop positive relationships with customers and partners. *Strong organisational skills with the ability and willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get it done. *Pro-active, independent, self-starter excited to take a leadership role in the marketing team and across the organisation. *Ability to tell a complex story simply. *International experience desirable.
