Yearbook Machine is a creative technology and product design company. Our product is an automated online system that allows groups of people (mainly schools and universities) to collaborate to create printed memory books – see https://yearbook.com . Founded at Cambridge University in 2008, we are now one of the world’s leading suppliers of specialist memory book software.
We are a small, friendly team working in our own offices in a pretty part of Islington, London, just north of Old Street Roundabout. Our working environment is relaxed and we provide free weekly team lunches.
About the role
We’re just entering our busiest period of the year, and during the next few months we will create yearbooks for hundreds of schools and other groups around the world.
Because we like to provide a great service for our customers, we are looking for someone to join our team temporarily to help manage the extra volume of support and account queries that will arise during this period.
This is primarily a support role, and will include answering customer queries on the phone, on live chat and by email. As part of this, you will also work closely with our design and production teams, making sure that customer projects are kept on track from start to finish.
This is an interesting and rewarding job, providing an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients as you help them to create their books.

£2k/month (£24kpa pro-rata)
Until mid-July, with some potential to extend beyond this.
