We’re looking for a lively, somewhat experienced communicator who has a passion for people, tech and social-good. Our client – an incredible, well-funded, fun and ambitious startup are on a mission to make businesses’ communications personal and unforgettable.

The business is on a growth trajectory and is looking to add one more superstar to their team to help them grow their client base.

The role:

This is a consultative client-facing sales role. Working in a team of three with fantastic support and resources your responsibilities will include:

- Market research to identify new customers and unlocking new areas of the market – Owning your own client base and pipeline (charities, SME’s, startups and luxury brands) from initial call through to demonstrating the product and securing the business – Building relationships over the phone & email with incredible brands – Representing the business by going out on meetings, pitches and networking events – Designing bespoke briefs to suit each of your individual client’s needs and offering support to get your customers ready to use the service. – Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing – Having consultative conversations – Asking questions and actively listening

Are you… – 2 – 3 years direct sales/ new business/ business development experience in technology/comms – Demonstrate ability and experience in winning new business – Tech savvy and interested in communications – Experience in SalesForce CRM – Friendly, warm and fun with a good sense of humor! – Experienced in selling into: C-Level, Director or VP level – desirable but not a must-have – Knowledge of Marketing, brands, and agencies.

Competitive salary and commission

Compensation details
£25K – 30k base + generous commission depending on years experience OTE 40-50k +
