Role Overview
We are looking for an amazing Account Manager to join our team. We are a high-performance team that values integrity and determination. We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about high-quality client relationships in our mission to revolutionise home care.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager
. Inbound and outbound calls to current Clients and Care Professionals.
. Ensuring all calls, emails, and web chats are attended to.
. Full spectrum of account management for Clients you are responsible for.
. Managing the on-boarding process for new Clients and matching them with the appropriate Care Professionals.
. Obtaining regular feedback from Clients to ensure high-quality care delivery.
. Managing issues/ complaints effectively, and escalating where necessary.
. Maintaining professionalism is demanding situations.

Experience of the Account Manager
. Previous client-facing Account Management experience.
. Degree level educated.
. Interest in the healthcare sector.
. Experience in healthcare and knowledge of the UK’s home care industry would be ideal.
. Must enjoy working with people and have an empathetic nature.
. Must be driven to learn, work hard and adapt to fast-paced start-up culture.
. Outstanding communication skills on the phone, in person and in writing.
. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
. Ability to excel in a self-driven role.
. Strong relationship building skills at all levels.
