Role Overview
We are looking for an amazing Sales Manager to join our team. We are a high-performance team that values integrity and determination. We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about high-quality client relationships in our mission to revolutionise care.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
. Inbound and outbound calls to warm leads.
. Ensuring all calls, emails, and web chats are attended to.
. Full spectrum of sales management for leads you are responsible for.
. Managing the onboarding process for new Clients to ensure they receive the best service.
. Managing issues/ complaints effectively, and escalating where necessary.
. Report on conversion and develop initiatives to improve results.

Experience of the Sales Manager
. Previous sales/ client-facing experience preferred.
. Interest in the healthcare sector.
. Ideally, experience in healthcare and knowledge of the UK’s home care industry.
. Must enjoy working with people and have an empathetic nature.
. Must be driven to learn, work hard and adapt to fast-paced start-up culture.
. Outstanding communication skills on the phone, in person and in writing.
. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
. Ability to excel in a self-driven role.
