About the role


As Account Manager, you will report to the Campaigns & Commercial Director and be required to work on the following:
Client-facing interaction via email, telephone and face-to-face.
Assisting with weekly campaign performance reports for clients.
Ensure every step of the campaign set up and community onboarding processes are completed to the highest standards and in line with WPP’s client protocol.
Assist the Campaigns & Commercial Director to proactively provide scale up strategies for clients during their trial period.
Be a ‘rapid response’ point of contact for any crisis management on any campaign, preparing escalation reports for the Campaigns & Commercial Director.
Work directly with the Campaigns & Commercial Director on ensuring smooth fulfilment process of product sends to fans from our warehouse.
Create and execute a client retention program with the Campaigns & Commercial Director.
Make sure brand fan data is updated in our Admin system and data integrity is flawless.
Perform regular audits on campaign data.
Proactively work with the community team to ensure targets are being hit for fan onboarding and content creation.
Ensure that all campaign documents prepared by the community team are free of error and complete for client approval pre-campaign.



About you


You have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast-moving operations or account management environment.
You’re familiar with G Suite tools, Slack, Trello and take an interest in community marketing, how brands work with influencers and the advertising industry.
Strong knowledge of Excel is a plus.
You’re obsessed with providing a 6* service and proactively going above and beyond to make each campaign a success to ensure an enviable client retention rate.
You understand that working at a startup is not a standard 9-5.
You are a generalist who is adaptable to a variety of tasks.
You’re self sufficient but understand the value of overcommunicating and oversharing the work you do so everyone is up to date.
You work efficiently without compromising care or quality.
You’re absolutely transparent and not afraid to ask questions.
You’re willing to get stuck in on any task – there’s no task that we’re above.
Your approach to social media and advertising is analytical but you understand the softer goals of clients for running campaigns.
Presentation of work and punctuality to hit deadlines is of utmost importance to you.
You’re confident articulating campaign information to each client’s C-level executives and Directors.
You approach work with energy and a smile – we’re a small team on a huge journey to become the next tech unicorn, be ready for it because it’s intense!
