Marketing Executive

We are looking for a driven and dynamic marketing assistant to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead. ThinkEngine is a fast-growth and exciting marketing agency with great plans for the future. We are looking for someone to come on-board to assist us with general marketing activities, learn new skills and be an integral member of the team.

Being a small team, it is crucial that you are able to work confidently on your own, but also as part of a team. You must be enthusiastic to learn and develop, with a self-motivating attitude.

Duties and responsibilities:

Pitching and on-boarding new clients (uncapped commission)
Social media management – diverse ownership of accounts from large and small brands
Managing multiple client accounts
Website management for our brand, and our clients
Control, manage and develop ThinkEngine’s brand marketing through Digital and Social Media
Attending client meetings with our potential new clients
Design and develop Email Marketing Campaigns
Graphic design
Content marketing support – including Blog Articles and Copywriting
Marketing research to improve our client’s digital presence
Liaise with company suppliers

As we are a small company we will expect someone to be willing to get involved in all aspects, including admin tasks and provide some help for ThinkEngines’ sister company Recruitment365.

It is crucial that you have a basic understanding of marketing so we can help you to improve and learn on your current knowledge. We are looking for a creative individual who wants to put their ideas out there whilst listening to others and working as a team to improve our clients brand and ensure that we hold our value to all clients.

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

IT literate – confident with Microsoft, Mac, Photoshop etc.
You want to learn new things!
Able to use Social Media networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more
You are a proactive individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Trustworthy and loyal team player who works in the best interests of the business
Put your ideas across and not be afraid to challenge us – we don’t mind!
Dependable and structured, with the ability to build and sustain relationships
You can cope with a fast-paced environment and can adapt easily

You will be provided with a full training programme and all of the tools, skills and knowledge you need to become a marketing executive in time. If you don’t currently hold of the skills needed, then don’t worry – we still want to hear from you! You will receive ongoing commercial and personal development from the management team.
