YardLynk is an exciting, young startup bringing equipment rental into the digital age. We're building an innovative platform to help customers conveniently book and manage construction equipment, saving them precious time and money on their projects. We're solving a complex problem with the ambition of becoming the go to provider of construction equipment for rent in the UK.

Customer success is at the core of our business. You'll be responsible for nurturing customers at enquiry stage and managing their experience through to completion of their rentals. You'll be well placed to gather key insights on how customers interact with our product and respond to our marketing efforts, providing valuable feedback to the rest of the team.

This is an exciting opportunity and a crucial time for an energetic, confident and well organised individual to join our growing team. Key skills required for this role are: excellent verbal and written communication skills, a personable client-facing attitude, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. Detailed knowledge of construction equipment isn't necessary, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.

Requirements:

You'll bring the following skills / experience:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Willingness to show initiative and solve problems in a fast paced startup environment

- Well organised with strong administrative skills

- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly

- Strong worth ethic, and ambition / drive to get things done

- Friendly and positive attitude

- Interest and passion for startups and disruptive technology

- Minimum 1-2 years customer service or customer facing experience

You'll be joining an early stage startup, so this role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable with multi-tasking and taking on new challenges, lending a hand wherever the business requires. You'll be a core part of our team and there'll be plenty of exciting opportunities to grow with the business.
