The Skills Matter growth team is looking for a person to lead Skills Matter’s internal and external communication, as well as PR relationships.


Our Growth team is open for fun, creative team-players, hard-working professionals with an analytical mind that like to lead communication campaigns, build experiments, extract conclusions and provide valuable insights out of data. You will work closely with our marketing, design and data teams, as well as with many other areas of the Company.


We are looking for candidates with, at least, 2 years of experience on PR and Communication projects.

About the role
The Communication & PR Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving the public eye view of the organisation. He/she manages external and internal communications, develops and support brand strategies, oversees communications with consumers, social media and manages content generation activities. He/she uses data to acquire information about specific communication topics and translates them into business recommendations.


Responsibilities:
• Forecast and keep track of communication & PR projects and budget;
• Collect, analyse, and report data related to Skills Matter communication and brand;
• Create communication projects, analyse results, and recommend changes based on performance;
• Train internal staff and work with other areas to ensure that contents are accurate, on time and according to the brand guidelines;
• Generate Skills Matter content calendar;
• Keep a PR and Media Clipping up to date.
• Represent the company in front of media groups and manage the relationship with them;
• Ensure Skills Matter online and offline brand presence according to brand guidelines;
• Oversee press releases and information displayed in media kits;
• Work together with sponsors and partners to promote brand awareness;
• Work with external Communication and PR agencies if needed.
