Primary Focus of the Role:


The primary focus of the role of Account Manager is to take full responsibility for all day-to-day digital campaign activity across a growing list of clients spanning a range of business sectors. Their goal is to achieve both best practice marketing outcomes and maximum client satisfaction, while delivering profitability projects.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:


To support a broad range of clients across multiple Marketing Automation platforms
To advise customers on how to achieve their business goals utilising Marketing Automation effectively and campaign planning
To drive business growth through existing clients
To maintain regular contact with your clients and provide timely and efficient responses to all client queries
To report to the Senior Account Manager to ensure all financial and operational information is shared and understood
To ensure that all opportunities and sales are logged accurately


Essential Skills:


Professional and flexible project management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple accounts
Experience of managing digital projects
Understanding of marketing services and client pain points
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Natural aptitude for attention to detail
Effective time-management skills when under pressure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Desirable Experience:


A minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a digital marketing role
Experience with a marketing services business would also be of benefit
Possessing a marketing, communications or business degree, or a professional marketing qualification, is essential to demonstrating your commitment to being a true marketer
