What you will be doing


Offer support and technical assistance to members of staff who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems
Provide application and infrastructure support to our growing team
Setting up new user’s laptops and accounts on Active Directory.
Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners.
Installing or updating software to fix issues
Working with senior engineers on escalated tickets.
Server administration including Windows Server 2012 and Active Directory.
Mangement of internal phone systems.
Software license management.



If you’re the right fit you will have


Exceptional customer service and confident communication skills
Some experience using Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems
Basic network troubleshooting
Excellent teamwork skills
Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
