AmberBox is a Silicon Valley venture capital backed corporation, with offices in London and San Francisco. You will be joining at an exciting phase of rollout, with systems already installed in banks and schools across the US.
We are proud that the system is designed and assembled in the UK. All of our engineering team is based in Whitechapel, London.
As the Operations Manager in the London office, you will work directly with AmberBox’s executive team in managing the day-to-day operations of a global business. Operations is a broad role, and you will need to be comfortable with developing new skills and adapting quickly to new responsibilities.
Your core responsibilities will include:
> Managing and optimising our global manufacturing supply chain
> Coordinating with our US-based installation teams
> Working with the engineering team on starting production of new projects
> Preparing quotations for new client projects
> Handling financial and legal aspects of business
> HR and recruitment
> General day-to-day running of a thriving technology business!
> Strong technical graduate degree
> Management and leadership of small teams
> Logistics, Project Management, Client Relations experience
> Clear, confident communicator, fluent English speaker, excellent written communication
> Happy negotiating with businesses at a high level
> Comfortable with multitasking
