We have been in operation since 2014, independently owned, based in London with a global footprint.

We were first to market with Fintech Week in 2014 and Blockchain Week events since 2015. We now run 15 events per year across the globe. We also run Europe's largest tech meetup which meets regularly on a monthly basis in London. We have ambitious plans to grow the business in the next 2 years.

We're at the start of an epic adventure and we are looking for a team to drive the business growth, create the company culture, work hard and have fun along the way together. We currently work from home or remotely and looking to set up a core London office in Q4 2018.

The role:

We need someone to take the reins on planning and delivery of our programme of conferences and exhibitions.
We will provide support and career progression in the events and blockchain space.
This role is ideal for someone from an event or exhibition management background, with commercial understanding and strong communication skills, who is looking to take full accountability for a global portfolio of events. It will not initially be managing a team, but as the programme grows, so will the team and there is potential for management down the line.
Someone with Fintech / Tech B2B conference experience and good network in events space is a bonus
Opportunity to travel for FTWW events

Key responsibilities:

Search, Book and Manage venue/s.
Create and manage budget and timings
Manage sponsors and exhibition requirements and communications.
Event Logistics - branding, exhibition, speakers and participants
Pre Prod with AV, catering and venue
On site registration management and staffing
Outreach with Partners and Media to gain event coverage and content
Create event and marketing reports to track success

We like people that are organised yet flexible, strategic yet implementation focused, creative yet budget-minded, and great at interacting with people and staying on top of a million things at once. Basically all rounders, team players who will use their own initiative to problem solve, own projects proactively and has the passion to get things done with accuracy.
