We deliver over a billion messages a month for major Tier 1, enterprise online brands including, Missguided, Argos, Littlewoods, SimplyBe, Jacamo, JD Williams, Matalan, Hotter, TUI and others.

We are eCommerce conversion optimisation specialists and, if you have shopped online with any of our brands, you will have seen our messages. We capture shopper trends including how many people are viewing, have bought, or have reviewed a product, to encourage others to buy.

Our messages are proven to increase conversions by an average of 2.7%. We’re growing quickly, and expanding the team. This role is for a brand new lead generation marketing manager to run our multi-channel marketing funnel, to capture leads and grow our business. We are currently mainly supporting UK based customers but do work with German, Swedish and starting to focus heavily on North America.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an amazing, self-driven marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel, and attract our net new leads.

You’ll report to our head of marketing and will be in charge of taking campaigns to our prospect base using a combination of content platforms, social media, email, webinars and events - and new channels that you’ll open up and test.

You’ll work with our sales team to qualify leads and move prospects down the marketing funnel.

You’ll be able to manage a number of projects at once including market research, marketing planning, new content development, multimedia resource production, and partner marketing. Across all channels, you’ll measure and understand which inbound marketing activities deliver best generate new customer leads, and develop additional business from existing customers.

To be successful, you’ll want to understand what’s important to our customers and how our product meets demand, have high levels of creativity and attention to detail, will be a strong writer, understand our brand identity and have great project management skills. We’re relying on you to manage, measure and optimise our inbound marketing funnel, for the best lead generation results.


Ownership, measurement and optimisation of inbound marketing funnel, with the objective of net new lead capture, data management and qualification.

Daily management of inbound marketing channels including social media, blogs, email, webinars and events.

Support in-life customer nurture programmes.

Create and deliver a rich calendar of creative, original and on-brand marketing to attract qualified leads to our website, socials and blogs.

Understand the appropriate calls-to-action and lead capture methods to convert site traffic.

Support the sales enablement function including customer evidence, product collateral and partner marketing.

Evaluate, set-up and test the effectiveness of new channels to market.

Internal and external marketing project management and reporting.


You’ll have 2-3 years’ experience of managing integrated marketing campaigns, with evidence of:

Passionate about eCommerce retail and online technology
B2B eCommerce applications experience is an advantage
Demonstrable success in B2B lead generation marketing
Ability to manage, measure and optimise multiple marketing campaign channels
Operational experience of Google Analytics, web content management platforms, Mailchimp or other email platforms, social media platforms and automation tools, plus a number of external product listings
Initiative to research and establish new channels to market
Extremely well-organised, instinctively able to plan and adapt to new opportunities
Strong problem-solving abilities
Strong communications and proactive upwards management skills

Desirable if you have:

Knowledge of eCommerce terminology and principles (conversion rate, sessions, A/B testing)
Experience of InDesign, Salesforce, SEO, PR and marketing automation platforms


£25-30,000 per annum salary
