About us:

Our aim is to become the number one partner of choice to Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants and we are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

The necessary elements for a successful start-up are all in place: experienced and knowledgeable board, funding and liquidity in place, highly competent senior leadership team, viable market opportunity and a clear customer differentiator.

The role:

A great and rare opportunity to show off your key skills and attributes as a sales leader in building your own new team. Responsible for the delivery of sales targets and other KPI's. You will be a role model in supporting the company's expectations, values and behaviours.

You will also be a valued and key contributor to the structure and continued strategic direction of the company from day one. Responsibilities in leadership will include ownership of training, development and support of a team of account managers. In addition, you will also play a key part in building strong communication lines and support between departments.

You will take the lead on acquisition and ownership of senior contacts within key partner estate agency accounts to increase distribution of our products. Maintaining effective contact with people at all levels and understanding how we can support and deliver to their business needs.

It will suit someone with the passion to work in a start-up business and knows the property sector well.


Key Responsibilities:

o Responsible for recruitment and commitment to building a strong team with the right individuals that can deliver.
o Create a successful and positive environment for your team.
o Lead by example in acquisition and ownership of accounts.
o Ability to communicate a clear vision of what is expected. From delivery of territory plans to achieve sales targets, to displaying the correct behaviours with customers and colleagues.
o Support and mentor your team in the field.
o Monitoring your team's performance against KPI's and delivery of weekly/monthly forecasts.
o Liaising closely with your Sales Director, providing regular updates and feedback.
o Support of internal departments to help improve workflows.
o Consistently provide a high level of support to partners letting agents.
o Ensure Salesforce CRM is maintained with key customer information and activity.


About you:

o Experience in the property sector with existing relationships in large estate/letting agency accounts
o A driver of your own performance to exceed expectations
o Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue and/or market share
o Experience of management in a sales environment
o Investor in improving your own knowledge and self-development
o An open and honest team player
o Credible and ethical in how you approach customers and work colleagues
o Excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, advise and influence
o Able to thrive in a hardworking and dynamic team
o Comfortable in challenging and being challenged
o Must be confident in using a PC, particularly competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and company systems
