About Us:

Our aim is to become the number one partner of choice to Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants and we are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We are well-financed (multiple seven-figure investment), have the backing of a global financial services company, a major digital brand in the UK and have appointed recognised industry leaders as Chairman and CEO.

The role:

Acquisition and ownership of senior contacts within key partner estate agency accounts to increase distribution of our products. Maintaining effective contact with people at all levels and understand how we can support and deliver to their business needs.

It will suit someone with the passion to work in a start-up business that has a strategic approach to account management built on relationships and business acumen and who understands the property sector well.

Key Responsibilities:

o Delivery of sales targets and other KPI's
o Consistently provide a high level of support to partners letting agents
o Support individuals in the effective introduction of our products
o Management of your diary in line with the required level of activity
o To maintain Salesforce CRM with key customer information and activity
o Support your team and share continued best practice
o Liaise closely with your line manager, providing regular updates and feedback
o Strategic ownership of your accounts and preparation to present at your monthly review

About you:

o Experience in the property sector, ideally with existing relationships in large estate/letting agency accounts
o A driver of your own performance to exceed expectations
o An investor in improving your own knowledge and self-development
o An open and honest team player
o Credible and ethical in how you approach customers and work colleagues
o Proven track record in strategic account management and growth or a management position in a successful letting agency
o Excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, advise and influence
o Able to thrive in a hardworking and dynamic team
o Ability to challenge ideas and ask questions
o Must be confident in using a PC, particularly competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and company systems
